In the centerline of the map, there are three buildings: the Shrine, the Shrine 2 and the Super Shrine, which can be used to summon creeps against the nearest player to your right. The host, that being the red player, can choose the following commands, which sometimes heavily influence the gameplay: The income or the income time delay can be changed if you use some of the commands. Of course, the income can be increased by training units. Every 15 seconds of the game time, your income is added to your total gold. You must do this while building towers and creating your own maze to defend yourself from creeps being spawned by the player(s) from your left.Īt the beginning, you will have a starting income of 25 gold.
Line Tower Wars is a Tower Defense, so its objective is twofold, summoning creeps to steal lives from the other player(s) to your right by getting to the end of their maze. The concept of the map is rather old to Warcraft III and in order to play, you need the Frozen Throne expansion pack and a couple of friends, of course. This tower defense map was created on the Cityscape tileset with a size of 128x128. LTW is short for Line Tower Wars, a map that we all loved and played.
